Join hundreds of local businesses at the Southampton Business Expo which is taking place on Thursday 28th November 2024 at Hilton Hotel (Utilita Bowl).

Venue Information

This event will be taking place at the Hilton Hotel located at the Utilita Bowl. Located just off the M27, the venue has over 500 free car parking spaces and is set in the prestigious grounds of Hampshire Cricket.

How to Get There

Hilton Hotel is located at the Utilita Bowl and is easily accessible by car and public transport including buses. The venue is located just off the M27 on Botley Road. When you arrive at the Utilita Bowl complex, please turn left at the roundabout and head for the car park opposite the hotel entrance.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free to attend as a visitor?

Absolutely! All our business expos are FREE to attend as a visitor. You only pay if you want to book a stand, advertise in our show guides or business directories or sponsor one of our events. You also don't need to be a member to attend. Simply pre-register online for the events you want to attend.

Do I need to register for the seminars or speed networking?

You do not need to register for any of the seminars, keynote speakers or speed networking sessions. All our events run on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before each advertised session to secure a seat.

What happens when I arrive at the event?

When you first arrive at the event head to the registration area where you'll be able to meet our team who will swiftly sign you into the event and provide you with your printed name badge. You'll also receive a show guide and goodie bag. You'll then be shown the exhibition hall and seminar room, so you know where everything is located.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Firstly, we recommend you bring plenty of business cards with you to the expo. Never underestimate how many people attend these events and how many business cards you may want to hand out to new connections. We also recommend that you a pen and note pad to write down ideas that you have when at the event or attending any of the seminars.

Will there be food and drink to buy at the event?

Yes, you will be able to buy food and drink at the event. At each expo we team up with our hosting venue to organise a pop-up networking cafe where you can buy light refreshments and drinks throughout the event. Please make sure you bring either cash or a debit/credit card with you.

Can I still attend if pre-registration is closed?

If you didn’t have the opportunity to register in advance, don't worry. You can still come to the exhibition for FREE. Simply turn up on the day of the event and our events team will register you when you arrive at the registration area by the main entrance, so please allow between 5-10 minutes to register on the day of the event.
