There are four key contributors to workplace well-being that we specialise in. The first is having a HEALTHY ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE. Working in a safe environment means employees can focus their energy on being productive instead of having to "cover their back" or masking who they are. We help create healthy cultures that ensure employees are engaged and feel valued. The second is HEALTHY LEADERSHIP. Leaders who engage their employees on a journey with clear direction in an inspirational and caring way can influence workplace wellbeing daily. We offer bespoke leadership development programmes that include 360 feedback, learning workshops and coaching. The third is HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS. Conflict in the workplace can get in the way of wellbeing, and productivity and often come with risks such as sickness absence, legal costs, and reduced employee retention. We provide team-building workshops with psychometrics to increase awareness and connectedness in teams. We are qualified practitioners in Insights Discovery and MBTI. We also provide workplace conflict mediation. The fourth is HEALTHY MINDS. Having mental health awareness and support in organisations is important. Mental health issues are common and if not addressed early can result in increased absenteeism, presenteeism and loss of talent. As an MHFA England instructor member, we offer a range of mental health training, including Mental Health First Aid.
