We are Microsoft Business Application consultants working with small and medium sized businesses. We specialise in creating bespoke, integrated CRMs and business management systems, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Apps, and the Microsoft Power Platform. Our approach is to collaborate closely with our clients, listening carefully to identify their business needs and to create a tailored solution that will support the bigger business picture. During an initial scoping exercise, as well as working out what functionality the system should provide, we will also determine the most appropriate licensing approach based on the required functionality. With a Power Apps subscription being approximately nineteen times cheaper than an enterprise Dynamics 365 subscription, we aim to set-up the system under a Power App licensing approach where possible; though there are times when pre-build Dynamics 365 functionality is what is needed for some requirements. Within an implementation project we very much follow a “build – walkthrough – gather feedback – repeat” approach, so that we ultimately end up with a system that meets our clients’ needs, and which will support their business for years to come. In addition to traditional CRM functionality, many of the systems that we set up extend this to include customer service, service/delivery management, scheduling, automated billing, finance system integration, as well as integrations with other third-party systems.
