No way! All our business expos are FREE to attend as a visitor. You only pay if you want to book a stand, advertise in our show guides or business directories or sponsor one of our events. You also don't need to be a member to attend. Simply pre-register online for the events you want to attend.
Absolutely not! You can choose to exhibit at as many events as you like without purchasing one of our membership bundles, but you may end up paying more. If you only want a basic stand a few expos a year then it may be better to pay as you go. But if you want more exposure, pay monthly or save money we definitely recommend you purchase one of our member bundles.
Of course! Members benefit from early bookings, which mean you can secure the best stands in the best locations at our events 2 weeks before we make our events public. As a member, simply choose the events you want to exhibit at and our team will do the rest.
All our member-stands are 1m x 2m space only, however if you want a bigger space we can upgrade you from as little as £100 per square metre. Simply speak to our membership team who will be able to help you choose a larger stand.
If you've already booked onto one of our events, but you can no longer make it, simply let us know within the notice period and we'll cancel your booking free of charge. We'll then offer you lots of other alternative events, locations and dates for you to transfer your booking to.
Well this depends on what you've already taken advantage of as part of your membership and whether you're paying annually or monthly. We offer all our members a free 14-day cooling off period, just in case you change your mind or circumstances change. But after that you're probably best contacting us to see how we can help.
Absolutely! You can pay monthly for all three of our member bundles or you can get 2 months FREE when you pay for your annual membership up-front.

If you choose to pay annually, you'll be invoiced up-front. However, if you want to pay monthly, we'll do this by direct debit however you'll be tied to a 12-month agreement (terms and conditions apply).
For each event you attend as an exhibitor, you'll get access to the delegate list. The delegate list includes all the company details, email addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses of everyone that attended or pre-registered for the event (subject to opt-in). Our lists are exclusively for exhibitors and are subject to GDPR and our own guidelines.
Yes, in fact everyone must supply their own artwork. As part of your membership you'll be required to supply us with print-ready PDF artwork for the show guides and business directory. You'll also need to provide artwork for your online banner ads that will be displayed on our news site.
Press releases will be published on our dedicated news website (www.b2bnews.co.uk). This is a national business newspaper covering all the very latest regional and local business news from across our network.
As a member you'll get three digital banner ads displayed on our dedicated news website (www.b2bnews.co.uk). Your ads will be shown for the maximum impressions provided in your bundle. Ads will be visible online each month and will include a tracking link that takes people to your website.
The business directory is printed quarterly. Each quarter the directory will be re-printed to include all the additional adverts for new members that signed up in the previous 3 months.
Printed business directories will be distributed at hundreds of pick-up points across the regions we currently operate in, including serviced offices, transport hubs, council offices and hotels. We'll also distribute the directory each month at our business expos and networking events.
