Do you know the difference between neurodiversity and neurodivergence? This seminar aims to shift the conversation from the broad concept of neurodiversity to the specific experiences and needs of neurodivergent individuals. While "neurodiversity" highlights the natural variation in human brains, it can inadvertently overshadow the unique challenges and strengths each neurodivergent person possesses.
Heike Jord Knip (he/him) is the Founder of The Good Consulting Company, specialising in neurodivergence in the workplace. Drawing on his own lived experience, Heike delivers impactful training, workshops, and consultations, empowering organisations to embrace neurodivergence. Additionally, Heike is a sought-after neurodivergent coach and mentor, supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth.
As a passionate advocate for neurodivergent people, with lived experience and those with CDKL5 like his daughter, Heike is a trustee of CDKL5 UK and Chair of the CDKL5 Alliance, driving positive change for individuals with CDKL5 and raising awareness of neurodivergent people.
Heike is an experienced public speaker and At W Specialist. He effectively communicates his expertise and insights, inspiring audiences and fostering a more inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming society.
