Now Head of Behavioural Science at Impression, he leads the Digital Experience team, combining CRO, CRM, and Media Solutions, with a focus on experimentation, UX, marketing automation, and customer experience. Mike is also pursuing a PhD at MMU, exploring how commerce interfaces influence motivation at the brain level.
