The Vitality Stadium is easily accessible by car and public transport including buses. The venue is located just off the A338 and is easily accessible from across the South Coast.

Absolutely! All our business expos are FREE to attend as a visitor. You only pay if you want to book a stand, advertise in our show guides or business directories or sponsor one of our events. You also don't need to be a member to attend. Simply pre-register online for the events you want to attend.
You do not need to register for any of the seminars, keynote speakers or speed networking sessions. All our events run on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before each advertised session to secure a seat.
When you first arrive at the event head to the registration area where you'll be able to meet our team who will swiftly sign you into the event and provide you with your printed name badge. You'll also receive a show guide and goodie bag. You'll then be shown the exhibition hall and seminar room, so you know where everything is located.
Firstly, we recommend you bring plenty of business cards with you to the expo. Never underestimate how many people attend these events and how many business cards you may want to hand out to new connections. We also recommend that you a pen and note pad to write down ideas that you have when at the event or attending any of the seminars.
Yes, you will be able to buy food and drink at the event. At each expo we team up with our hosting venue to organise a pop-up networking cafe where you can buy light refreshments and drinks throughout the event. Please make sure you bring either cash or a debit/credit card with you.
If you didn’t have the opportunity to register in advance, don't worry. You can still come to the exhibition for FREE. Simply turn up on the day of the event and our events team will register you when you arrive at the registration area by the main entrance, so please allow between 5-10 minutes to register on the day of the event.
